Pre-recorded PPI claim message. I get these daily from 0843 numbers but they ve now started phoning me on local area code numbers as well! I can t ignore the calls as they come through to my work phone. I ve registered with TPS and it s made no difference! Ignore and don t call back.

Rang me three times this week asking for Mr Woodward. Told them wrong number the first time. The third time she started saying well this call may be of interest to you. I told them no it isn t. At no point did they introduce themselves.

This number has been spoofed so that it appears as the CLI of the caller when it has no relationship to the people originating the call. This number was assigned to a legitimate business in Surrey. They have now changed their number. The spoofing still carries on and people are getting missed call messages with this number on their mobiles and landlines. Claims to be from Microsoft and wants to charge you for fixing an error on your computer. Beware, this is a scam!

Has called a few times but hangs up as soon as answered.

This number called me today about my Hotpoint washing machine despite me asking them not to ring me again when they called me before.

number called me today, said "Wrong number" and hung up. I called them back and spoke to a guy who said they were from "Lifestyle". I told him what happened and he hung up on me.

Ask for me by name said doing a survey for my bank

This number keeps calling me and is a nuisance call touting for business - it is a scam - put the phone down instantly and blacklist the number.

Caller said "Hello, hello" in a foreign voice (TIP - repeatedly pressing your hash button in reply ends the call)

press "9" to opt out. yet their calls just keep coming. they ve got everything: PPI claims, debts management, free gifts, etc... best thing you can do: ignore their calls and report them to ofcom

I ve had this number call me twice within a few hours. I just let my answerphone take it. Same with all nuisance phone calls. If I recognise the voice, then I answer.
