This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. This was actually 01977555748. It seemed to be yet another unsolicited call about boilers causing nuisance, alarm and distress to my 81 year old mother. Although the number exists, it is allegedly an unassigned number. As far as I can tell, they can get a temporary number to send yet more nuisance calls, then change the number to keep one step ahead of the law! Call always begins with Dear Customer...' in a female voice.
Just played music with lies every 20 seconds that a representative really wanted to talk, repeating every 20 seconds. They called me. So if that were true, the representative would be there to talk. A company degrades its reputation by doing this, tarring the whole staff as liars, and maybe worse.
