Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance.
