This number called at 7.20pm but left no message, I ve been pestered by the RAC off an 0845 number for some weeks now, but when I ve answered I politely tell them that I m busy and hang up. This is a PPI call. I pressed 5 to speak to the call centre. This is how it works. They have call centres which are not a part of the PPI company, they just make the cold call with their automated system, the automated dialing software offers you the option of speakign to someone if you press 5. you will speak to someone at a company who deals with the cold calling. This company is NOT the company dealing with the PPI stuff, I am guessing so that they themselves are not responsible for the cold calling part
