This number call me from HMRC but this is a private number is there any possibility that that is from HRMC

Apparently this number is safe but I don't know anyone in Glasgow. As tax returns reached their deadline last night, and as this is from Glasgow, I wondered if someone was trying to tell me I owed tax as a scam. But I've read that you get official letters if this is the case. Maybe it was a wrong number.

There have been a few today - getting fed up with these scammers ringing constantly. They must be getting very strapped for cash to keep trying to defraud 'unsuspecting' people!! This is a scam they are driveway company based in Bodwin in Cornwall and are persistent with endless calls so beware.
