I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.

AVOID!!! 020 357570311 has called at approximately the same time each day for the past few days (August 2014). I have to have the answerphone on to filter my land line calls due to scam calls. phishing "calling about your recent accident" (none, obvs) - refuses to answer where they got my number when asked and hangs up. When called back number is not recognised.

Rang but no one there except office noises when answered.
