Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Have had calls from variations on this sort of number to my mobile about once a month. Block each time but then get call from slightly different number. Car accident enquirer...but if you deviate from their script e.g. Ask which accident? They hang up. Nuisance but easy to recognise.
