SCAM - Call centre, once you pick up and speak it goes through to a very busy call centre. Indian sounding gentleman, only knew my first name, I asked who was calling and he claimed "NHS vaccination programme" at which point I told him he was lying and to stop scamming people, he hung up.

SCAM I answered as it was a landline (Cambridge location) Automated voice message apparently from HMRC warning of possible tax investigation - then to press 1 to transfer. I hung up at that point so did not hear the other options.
SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.
Silence when I answered so I blocked.

I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. Automated call Recieved a call from this number threatening it was a Fraud investigation giving me a reference number then directing me to press one to get through to an agent. If I hung up and ignored the call I may end up with a fine or court proceedings.no reference as to what the call was related to? Very strange and no reason why I would even recieve such a call. I ended call without proceeding but want others to watch out for such calls as the ber search brought up nothing in terms of an organisation

This number claimed he was from citizens advice then changed to another company and said I had unpaid debts. When I asked I’m where he got my details he said I needed to tell him my exact debt number and said I was wasting his time and said I should seek help for my mental health issues. Do not answer.
Left a message saying I had won ?100,000 and a email to contact them! Why are these people allowed access to phone numbers they should be disconnected. Government just allows us to be harassed and the vulnerable to get ripped off!

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. What had started off a terrible experience was transformed by Pete's input. It was most impressive customer service. Thanks Mark
SCAM - calls to take card payments for advertising space that has never been taken do not pay them - offer 10% discount to pay today but there is no product? cannot send an invoice and when questioned he becomes rather angry and agitated said his name was James, very strong northern accent and we live down south on the coast so wouldn't be advertising near him anyway!
