So if you bought something somewhere online that required your number chances are you inadvertently opted in. They use a network of local numbers to seem reputable. Received voicemail saying to Call this number before things get worse problems. Immediately called back. No reply. Tried four times. No reply. Eventually was answered. Initially silence then after e a couple seconds heard what sounded like an announcement at a railway station or airport in the background then suddenly went dead.
