Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number. Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.

The caller, with a strong foreign accent, alleged he was from sky refund centre; however, when I said ok in a less than enthusiastic manner, the caller hung up. This is most unlike any sky call centre I have experienced. I suspect it to be a scam.
