So Octopus Brokers pretending to be an Energy Company, are selling private details to third parties who want to put lethal equipment in people's homes so they can cut people off when they feel like it. Scam, rings for a short time and encourages you to call back as you may think it's a official number. When you do call you are charged at over £1 a minute for listening to a recorded message that literally says nothing.

Said was from EE PROMOTIONAL team. Hung up as EE CALL from their contact centres and appear as an 03 number and not a domestic landline number. Caller was indian from their accent and dialect. Likely using a voip set up . Do not give details and hang up.
I rang this number (01252 860999) back because I didn’t know who had called and don’t know anybody in Aldershot. Automatic voice said “The number you have dialled has not been recognised”. I think it must be a scam caller. Annoying or Dangerous?
