SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”. I suspect that this is one of those calls which when you press “1” you will automatically be charged for a premium call. If you receive a call from this number, do NOT press 1 and block the number from your system.

I was looking for loan to pay car insurance in full.. Short term someone from quick finance rang called armaan shaikh. He told me the finance was approved ready to pay out I had to give account details I did but I had money in the account I ended up giving my credit card details when I recieved a message saying if I authorised a payment I replyed no whilst on the phone to this person I lost my plot....! They probably instigate all the silent nuisance calls you receive so they can tell you that you are being annoyed by nuisance calls. So of course if you pay them they may stop making the nuisance calls. Otherwise known as a protection racket which is certainly illegal.
