... the caller had a very strong Asian accent and greeted me, (eventually), with "good evening!". It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Took several seconds to connect and there were call centre noises in the background. Told me I'd receive details of a claim through the post in the next 2 days, which is nonsense, as I haven't made any claims. Told them I subscribed to the TPS and for them to remove me from their list, for all the good it'll do!

Range twice today, first time I didn't answer as I was at work. When I answered they said they were from O2 and asked me how much do I top up each month, when I quizzed them saying if they were from O2 then they would know what I spend he said that they were a call centre in Manchester and did not have the details. I said as I didn't have proof who he was I would not give him any information, he replied saying in that case he would end the call.

SCAM, I just got a very nasty rude unrepeatable message from this number, swearing at me. I have no idea who this is and it obviously is not anyone I know. I assume they want me to react in some way such as calling them, which I will not as it must be a scam.
