Said we'd spoken last year about new guttering. I said I wasn't interested and he said 'You what?' in an angry tone. I repeated what I'd said and started to tell him to remove my number from his contact list when he hung up.
Call hung up when I answered it
Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.

I also have been charged £10.00 on my latest bill. I did enquire on the DVLA website for my car tax and MOT and I did ask for a reminder, but I was under the impression that this service was done by the DVLA and not a random company that charges me £10. I've emailed them and they are processing a refund through post office however this really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Many people will sign up for this service and the charges will go unknowing and that's probably how they make their money.
