It is scam!!! They call every 2 hours and just ring off when you answer!!!
They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.
I had had enough of these calls weeks ago, now I google the number and when it rings again I answer but leave the phone beside the radio. It works for me - I'm not paying ...
