Fraud Someone called me from this number in Australia

Fraud. Text received from them saying they are the "PRA Group. You have a discount". I didn't open the text, but googled PRA Group instead. Apparently they are an American debt collecting agency. Blocked!

"David", in his very difficult-to-understand accent, said he was calling from '3' about upgrading my phone. Do I have an iPhone or a Samsung? I don't even have a contract with 3, so this has got to be some sort of scam. I rang off.

Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.

SCAM second call (different number) from this scammer in Burton upon Trent caller intimidating saying you have committed fraud trying to steel money from you.... either a very poor conman or just a thick idiot... get yourself a job pal n stop being a scum bag

FraudThis Aberdeen telephone number 01224515010 are SCAMMERS trying to get you to sign up for a new energy plan ect. They scam people from various other telephone numbers don't give them your bank account details. I've reported all their telephone numbers to Action Fraud.

Had a random missed call from this number on Whatsapp, I do not know the person. Most likely a WhatsApp scam, but uncertain.

SCAM. They say they are ringing from Barclays Bank and tried to get me to go into the app to activate a code. After I said I wasn't happy doing it and that I would ring them back, they rang off. I have since rang Barclays and they hadn't called me. SO PLEASE BEWARE!!

If this number contacts you about a "recruitment", it's a scam. Do not engage. And certainly don't deposit any money into their service, you're not getting it back.

Sounds like a scam. Automated voice telling me about having something in customs that they need to take legal action on. Wanted me to press an option to speak to a agent. Never have anything in customs before

Recorded message. Said they were bank security and that a number of large transactions had been made on my account. I hung up.

SCAM Caller asking if I had debt problems, I don't! After watching Scam interceptors on BBC one at 10:00 A.M. I learned that this is where they call from. This number rang my Mobile which is only know to a few people. I was told it was HMRC and if i didn't send some paper work i would be liable to prosecution. Told to press option one to speak to some one did so and the person on the end said something like thank you for calling !!!! didn't understand the last bit. I commented I didn't call you did, it then went quiet. I hung up. Both voices were certainly not UK English in speakers. Don't trust this phone number think it's a scam
