This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. I get harassment calls everyday from this number, i even told them they have the wrong number but they still ring me. I have had enough of these types of people harassing people. They would even call off 02070995315 on all sorts of different numbers claiming to be different company each time. People like this need to be sorted out

This number, and a few others like it, have been calling me at random hours of the night, and play an automated message claiming to be from paypal, and telling me that there is an urgent security issue, and I need to verify my account details. It s clearly not from paypal, and is a way of scamming people.
