The guy on the other end said something about being from the Football pools company, so I m sure it was Vernons like someone else had reported (they likely have my number from joining their casino ages back I can only assume) Since I haven t used them in years no idea why they are calling since I ve never done the Football pools EVER and have no plans to! I said "if you tell me who is calling I will fetch her for you" and she hung up. The message gabbles that I have been sent a text from 03???????? and invites me to pay what is probably a fortune to listen to it. It is bad enough getting recorded messages offering a clean for my oven, but at least they don't try again until they have selected a different fake number.
