I pressed 2 but was connected to a man who said he was Alan di Costa from BT Customer Services. I said I was calling BT from my mobile and asked him to stay on the line. He didn’t. I reported this to BT security on 0800 321999.

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers.
