Fraud Pre recorded message posing as Credit Card company stating your card has been used twice this morning, one transaction supposedly for Amazon the 2nd I couldn’t quite understand but for large sums of money. Asks you to press 1 on your phone to authorise these transactions. Just put the phone down. I’m getting fed up with these people who think they can con other people out of their hard earned money.

Called today. Recorded re two huge Visa card transactions. Realised it was a scam so pressed 1 to mess with them. Amateur scammer in the middle of a meal? Argued with her for a while until she hung up after becoming very irate.

Lady who named herself Sarah, was claiming they are from Road Traffic Helpline (https://roadtraffichelpline.com/) and started with usual story of: "you had a no fault road accident..." Received call this morning. It rang 4 time then off. Message left supposedly from Amazon. Number shown as being from Leicester. Suspect it is a scam.

Called from "Technical Solutions" or something like that. Classic scam, don't give them the time of day.

One of many similar calls, third time this week. Same automated female voice telling me that two unauthorized transactions on my Amazon account and an international money order have been made this morning and that I should press one or two on my keypad for further details, I hung up again.

Fraud Man rang from this number pretending to be from my locality not Manchester, checking to see if I was at home. Suspect part of a burglary gang.
