SCAM The caller ERIC tried to get me to access my computer as "" Hackers were using my information " I rang off.

Scam text message saying hi mum my phone is broken use this number etc. Report it.

Recieved a Whatsapp message from this number. Definitely not recognise the person and highly suspected a scam.

Recorded (Robotic) voice stating that call was from 'bank fraud department' (no bank name) and there were 2 unauthorised card transactions. Obvious fraud.

An urgent verbal message on a loop advising me that Trojan software had been active on my system and that I should not switch off and should phone this number which I did - they said they were Microsoft (a residential number!?) The person wanted me to hold down the Windows and 'R' keys so that he could correct the problem. I asked him if that enabled him to take control of my machine and he then put the phone down. Seems dodgy.

Guy with thick foreign accent claims to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an iPhone 7 for £25. Hung up when I questioned who he really was and told him he was lying when his response was "yes I am, we are in a collaberation, you like iPhone?"

SCAM Caller asking if I had debt problems, I don't! After watching Scam interceptors on BBC one at 10:00 A.M. I learned that this is where they call from. Telephone 01782256242 was the number I picked up from distinguishes 1471 yet when I google this number it comes up for 01782256242 - someone supposedly from Microsoft asking about my computer at 07:13 in the morning, told him I didn’t have a computer and git cut off

This number called saying transfers had been made from my bank and giving options to deal with it etc, definitely a scam.

Fraud Sent WhatsApp messages to my mother saying "Hi Mum, this is my new number, I broke my phone, my day has been the worst, I don't want to talk about it, I am really stressed out", I'm paraphrasing, but that covers everything that was said in the conversation except Mum asking "John, is that you?" which they replied "yes". I saw call but no ring tone. When I picked up they hung up. Sounds suspect to me.

Believe a scam - I had a letter which says it is from Lloyds Bank ( we do have a Lloyds Business a/c) but when rang this number on the letter they couldn't find our account by searching via name or post code or by ref number on letter - they asked for our account number which I didn't give or if I had a business card with me - I hung up - the phone number location for this number given above is a field near Blackburn in Lancashire but the address on letter is Edinburgh

Said he was from bt openreach. I am not with openreach. He said my Internet speeds are slow. I said my boyfriend was openreach engineer. He started trying to guess his name and then called me Georgia. Which is not my name. His accent was not a British accent. Scam.
