Called advising refund due (?), but got very abusive when I refused to co-operate !! I told him exactly what to do with his abuse. I assume phoning from outside UK (e.g. Djibuti / Somalia). Have NOTHING to do with these people.
Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. Female called because of my recent car accident/slip/trip/injury caused by someone else - I had none of these. She then asked if a friend or relative may have been involved in a car accident etc, but as soon as I said no and asked for my number to be removed , she hung up.
