BT is not my ISP, but call using a local Derby number told me that BT is the parent company of all Interned and Broadband services, not true! Got a call claiming to be a person from my college...a college I have not attended for more than a year at this point, their accent didn't seem English at all and I could barely hear them, I have yet to have a call back from it since the call got dropped.
This number called me, an automated voice said that it was customs and revenue and that I owed tax. I hung up before the message was finished.
An Indian guy, saying he is from a housing association something ??? Was difficult to understand, he asked if we had any repairs done, I made out I have been waiting a year, he then asked if I was a council tenant, I asked him what day is he coming to fix my indoor swimming pool, he put the phone down, I tried ringing back, but just a recorded message ????????
