Probably a scam to get you to call a premium number where you will be charged a fortune when it connects. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER!!!

Silent call. Looks like I'm the first person to report this number. I'm in the middle of moving house, so I've had a number of (genuine) calls from people I don't know, so my defences are down.
