Just had a scam call from this number claiming to be Bank Security, about 2 so called payments on my accout, one to Amazon and on international transfer.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. SCAM automated message from "bank card security" about two high value transactions. to get these nonexistent transactions cancelled you are supposed to press 1. And no doubt give these unidentified people all your bank details.

SCAM. The caller was a woman claiming to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. She further claimed to be from the energy company – E.ON – that supplies me with electricity. She knew or guessed my first name, and asked for confirmation of details of my name and mailing address. However, she did NOT ask for – nor did she receive – my e˗mail address, my account number, or any bank or credit card or debit card details. Furthermore, she did not ask for immediate payment. Have nothing to do with this number.

This is the number of a chap who claims to be the manager of a travel agency called Muslim Holly Travel Ltd, trading under times travel Ltd. He collected money from us to book a package holiday but failed to secure the booking and refused to refund our money. We warn anyone to deal with him.

A man with a very strong accent (difficult to understand) spoke about iPhones. I asked where he got my number from and he said 'from your provider, Vodaphone'. I'm not with Vodaphone so I told him that's untrue and he must be lying. He then proceeded to call me a liar - twice! Bizarre phone call. Potentially trying to gain personal data. Blocked.
