nobody spoke, call dropped after 2 seconds (presumably they re too busy to speak to me this minute, if they dial more numbers than staff in office) Yesterday called from 652001 with similar drop call silent caller, and that number rang twice.

Don't answer call it's a phone scam. BLOCK/DON'T answer them.
