I HAD A TEXT MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE TODAY AT 21:17, SAYING THEY WERE FROM "EVRI", AND HAD FAILED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL (I HAVE NOT GOT ANY PARCELS DUE), IT HAD RETURNED TO THE DEPOT, DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY, SOMEONE HAS BEEN IN ALL DAY, AND NO PARCELS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY "EVRI", I THINK THIS IS A SCAM, PLEASE CAN YOU INVESTIGATE.

SCAM received a txt message saying this was the post office, who attempted to deliver a parcel, providing name and link to contact them back. I investigated the number- registered only 2 month ago in another UK city, web site identified this number as belonging to the Russian Federation.
The caller said that I owed money to Amazon .

But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.

Suspicious. Claiming to be from Specialist Recruitment Solutions but not their telephone number.
I answered phone on first ring and got a recorded message saying they were sorry they were unable to contact me ‘at this time’ and asked me to call back or try again later. The recorded message played so instantly that I missed first 4 words and have no idea who it was. This makes me think is was a group call, so I’ll be blocking it
