Automated message claiming that financial transactions had been made on my card this morning. Press x to authorise etc. The message did not give the name of any bank or organisation.

Male with Indian accent called claiming to be from EE offering me a cheap contract. Told him EE have my email address, to email me and then he said only the marketing department will have that...Told him I don't agree to just anyone claiming to be from EE to get money out of me for a contract I can't see. Then I put the phone down on him

Well spoken scammer who will try to trick you into giving out personal details. Didn't know my name. Claimed to be from Local Energy Supplier which has got to be one of the laziest, crappiest made up authority names I've ever heard. Will hang up the instant he realises it's not going anywhere.

Said they were calling (my elderly father who lives with Dementia ????) from Domestic &amp; General, which then changed to Legal &amp; General, then back to D&amp;G, wanting to pay a £250 refund and could they just have his bank card details to check…. ???? Fortunately I was there to intercept. Entered the number online and it comes up as Celebro Studios London but also listed as a piling company. ************SCAM SCAM SCAM************ Obviously the low lives are preying on vulnerable people.

I received an automated voice call from this number, telling me that they were from my Internet provider and my Internet services will be disconnected due to illegal use. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. Obviously a scam, so beware!

A man called saying he was calling on behalf of O2, saying under O2 I was eligible for a reduced business contract. When I challenged him that he was not calling from O2 he then said he was calling from a company called YourMobile.com which 'works with an O2 platinum business partner' (Plan.com). I said he should know my contract with O2 if he was phoning on behalf of any area of O2 and then he hung up. This is a scam

This is a fraudulent number trying to access people’s WhatsApp accounts. Do not believe their messages they are liars.

Scam and/or phishing attempt. It attempted to get me to message the phone number via WhatsApp. The person had sent an SMS from another number (07566706069) claiming to have dropped their phone down the toilet and that they’d instantly acquired a new phone. They asked me to message specifically via WhatsApp (???). This is the fourth message I’ve had this week, from a variety of unknowns, being asked to message a new number by someone claiming to have lost/damaged their phone.

I answered and they mentioned something about EE, then asked me how much I pay per month, I responded, no thanks I've just started a new contract. They then said "I never asked you to change your contract", I then said, I will stop you there and just tell you I am not interested, he then responded repeatedly, "GO FCK YOURSELF". Needless to say I hung up!!!

Today I called the number again answered Boots Opticians, I tried to make an appointment, asked for phone number, gave mobile number told it wasn't on the system, gave home number , not on system not on system! SCAM Called, and asked for me by name, in relation to diesel emissions for a Mercedes I may have owned. I've never owned a car.

Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

Said they were from Microsoft about my computer. Microsoft dont do calls like this and this isn't their number. Got annoyed when I said they weren't from Microsoft. Definite scam attempt
