Asian woman calling claiming to be from BT Openreach, clearly calling from a call centre but this is a mobile number! When I queried if this call was genuine the woman kept saying I sould "improve my pronounciation", Told her I was unconvinced the call was genuine and hung up.
Received a call from Amir from Contractor Resource to discuss life insurance. He advised that I had contacted them several years ago about a quote. When questioned about GDPR he advised that he would have my details removed. I have no recollection of ever enquiring about Life Insurance with any company.

Claimed to be calling from O2 sales department offering '40% discount on your call'. When I asked the person to provide an email address, didn't want to pursue the call further. Gentlemen was hard to understand (South Asian accent) and was hard to understand. Also quite pushy. Probably just SPAM but could also be SCAM

Exactly 24 hours laters calls begin claiming to be whatever mobile provider your voicemail said you were with (fake dealer scam). Repeated phone calls, (within working hours). This business sells magazine deals/subscriptions - but if you buy once they don't stop phoning (unless you firmly say/threaten them a few times that you'll report them). They're not the worst by any means.

Got a call from this number claiming to be my current network provider, Vodafone giving 40% discount (...and I am not even with vodafone).. Was asking my name, address, email address etc.. Gave all bogus information and he abruptly hung up after realizing that I am taking him for a ride... Very likely a fraud call trying to extract information
