Called asking about previous credit cards in last 15 years. I told them I couldn t remember which I had from a few they suggested. They kept asking the same questions which I said I couldn t remember. They went on to ask about any loans which I said I don t remember, she said ok and hung up! I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money.
