Could barely understand what this non English male was saying! He named the previous owner and something about Government loft insulation! He told me to shut up when challenged ...
Apparently a genuine call from BT. When I said that this was a scam he got cross and said he could prove he was from BT. I hung up in the end as he was getting irate with me when he had called my work number so I am not even responsible for the bill.
