A machine called me from this number. I got the same recorded message on answering the call as you get if you call it back. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back. I am on the TPS register. I called the number on www.supporterinsight.com to complain. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20814409xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident claims - classical "I believe you've been involved in an accident". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
