don t know who this is but I got rid of them by not answering and just repeatedly pressing the hash key, try this it confuses the automatic dialling machines they use and they tend not to ring again

Just had them calling claiming to be from MIB (but MIB don t do this). They then passed me on to a supervisor and wanted specifics on an accident. So I proceeded to explain that I was driving home from a burglary I had recently committed.
