I rang this back and it's saying out of service
Fraud. Claimed that it had just charged me £3 for answering call !

It s a scam. They cold called an elderly relative of mine offering a plan to cover all kitchen appliances and electrics, She was conned out of £175. Multiple letters asking to cancel contract ignored, Trading Standards are now on it
