SCAM I THINK these phone regularly saying that they are BT and my line and BB is being cut off due to compromising activity. Automated voice says PRESS 1 for advisor etc. If number is dialled, produces 3 high pitched continental sounding beeps and cuts off. Avoid. Reported to BT.
