Although the caller has a UK phone number, this is probably a fake and the call originates from outside the UK. The UK authorities will not even try to do anything about calls from outside the UK.

Asian Man called asking for £21 and I would never received blocked calls ever again, my Mother answered this she is 92 years of age I put the phone down.
