SPAM Asking for a non-existent person. Indian caller claimed to be from the "Criminal Investigation Department". Lol. Pathetic.
someone about home insulation, wanted to know if owned or rented my home...Genuine caller probably not as slammed down the phone once had the answer re whether rental or not.

SCAM. This is a scam. The caller claims to be identifying tenants of problem landlords who are not maintaining the property. They will take enforcement action against the landlord and recover their costs from the landlord. However, I am being called 1-2 times per week, there is 5 seconds of silence when I answer the phone indicating automated/random dialling, I tell them I own my own home, they respond by saying they will update their records, I block their number, they set-up a new number, and the calls ke
Stated that they were from my bank and that there have been unusual payments from my account including a large amount to Amazon and an international payment of over £1700. Be very careful!
