Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.

Automated voice stating it’s National Insurance Office! I ended the call so not sure if it is legitimate as I thought it’s a scam.
