"Time sensitive and urgent - suspension of your National Insurance number - press 1 to speak with an officer..."
This number calls with an automated message saying it's from HMRC. Stating you need to call the number back, or there will be legal consequences.
Called Monday 20th February 2017, trying to sell me a monitored alarm system with panic buttons and emergency health button. I asked questions as to whom would respond when these buttons were pressed and the responses started to get a bit sketchy etc.... certainly wasn't going to be the police or ambulance service. Another number to block.
Similar experience to others. However, the operator knew my policy start date and insurance company details. I asked that he confirmed my policy ref before we proceeded and he hung up.
I had a call from this number enquiring about an ISA account that I had apparently applied for 6 months ago, 30 minutes later I received a text from my credit card company that someone was trying to use my card online. It may be a coincidence but it seems unlikely.
Called saying I expressed in an extra source of income in the financial markets. Never did such a thing. Spam caller. Knew my name.
