Sounded like a call centre. I said can I help you and they put the phone down. Called at 11am on the 19th September 2016.

Automated message advising that unauthorised transactions have come out of my bank account. Then advising me to press 1 to give my bank details.

Austin Powers from Windows called saying there was something wrong with my computer, who are these people? With a name like that its a joke
Automated voice says this is a bank alert, there have been two charges on your card , it then gives the details of the ‘transactions’ one supposedly for £200+ on Amazon, the other a bank transfer for over £1000. Then asked to press one or two depending on whether you have made these payments or not.
