had many missed calls from this number over 2 weeks. They actually rang today whilst my phone was on! I answered and they wanted money for lifeboats. I said no and hung up.

Said they were from HMRC and I was being sued for tax evasion and fruad. Quite threatening.

This number called, it was an automated voice telling me that my BT internet was being disconnected and to press menu buttons to access operative.

This number rang this morning. Comment was he was phoning about my computer. I said really and he rang off. This is definitely a scam. They will ask you to input certain details...

Said they had been informed I had been involved in a car accident. They asked whether that was correct. I simply said "No". They hung up. No apologies, nothing. What as*holes.

Said it was an urgent financial matter. very strong south African accent. I wish they d catch these crooks.

She was contacting me as they had our name on there contact list to purchase a new house. (Only becuase we handed over our contact details in the past.)

This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.
