I asked them can they confirm my email address or my last purchase from Amazon to prove who they were and they hung up

Fraud....recorded msg said was a £1400 purchase on amazon that was on hold as looked suspect.when pressed number to report as not made by me,indian lady asked my reason for calling and my name-i replied if do not know shouldnt be ringing me and hung up,then checked amazon account and saw no such purchase made.
