Call Centre (company ECC?) asking if I had claimed ppi and bank charges and when I said yes she asked if I had made any claims in the last 3 months as banks and financial institutes had been fined for not paying back everything they should. She claimed to be calling me back and I said I had never heard of her company so she couldn't be calling me back. She then appeared to be reading text from a screen and I just left her to it while I carried on about my business and then she hung up.

Called saying I'd been in an accident. I passed the number and company name to TPS (the company you can register to put yourselves on a national do-no-call list. They couldn't find anything on them. So I suspect the details they are giving my be false.
Can't comment as the line went dead when I answered call.
SCAM - Computer voice purporting to be BT and that my line will be disconnected. Told me to press 1 for more details........I don't think so!!!!
