SCAM I've also received a dodgy looking CTSI letter from an Oscar Reed. I called the genuine CTSI number from their website and they didn't recognise this number as one of their own.

Automated call to say they’ve been informed I’ve been in a car accident. Lol I don’t even drive.
Stated they are British gas, they are not, very broken English. Saying meter expired and need reading and contract needed renewing, which neither were true.
