100 a scam The caller was a very poor speaker of English who went through a list of questions as though it was some manner of survey then in order to confirm my thank you gift for taking part in the survey the caller asked me to visit a website and download software called Teamviewer which is software they can use to remote control your computer
Called out of the blue, no voicemail and number not recognised
Received this call didn't reply as don't know the caller. After that check voice mail, left empty voice mail. Probably scam. Blocked.
The cr00k, claiming to be some GSM Corporate Services somehow had my first name and an old email address of mine. He pretended they were my financial advisers and that they regularly talked to me, all untrue The nerve of them! Evidently their targets are elderly, senile or confused people who might believe their guff. Possibly a boiler room scam operation? REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD (Police)
