Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Just had call from Hannah Claim injury law 02036349839. She told me I had been in a car accident, I didn t confirm I had or hadn t & asked where she got her information, she said from road traffic department. She again asked me to confirm if I had. I asked what was name of person she was wanting to speak to to which she replied does anybody else at that address drive. I asked her name of company telling her I wanted it to report them, she gave me it again.

This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else.
