Scammer called at 01:23 and woke me up. Told them where to go.
SCAM / SPAM Washing Machine warranty Some Indian dude said my washing machine warranty was ending so he could provide a 3-year deal for one £120. Their database was wonky as he assumed I had a Hotpoint which was a blatant guess. I scam baited this guy for 10-mins just for my amusement then he hung up when i didn't reveal any personal details.
Claimed to be from BT asking for the person in charge of the broadband. Very noisy background.

Get calls every day from this number on my house phone normally while I m out at work so can t answer but on the times I have been home to answer (normally 8.30am on weekends!) they ask for some random person although I ve told atleast 10 different people they have the wrong number they still phone despite saying they will take the number off the system. Totally lost it yesterday after months of calls and asked to speak with a manager who told me they didn t know what number had been called as its automatic

A large number of people have been called by the criminals using this fictitious number according to other sites. Their aim is to gain the confidence of people and persuade them to allow access to their computers so they can infect them. SCAM Call received today 15th Feb 2021. Computerised call. Pretended to be from HMRC and that my name was recorded as a tax fraud and a warrant would be issued against me if I didn't press 1 now. I am an accountant in practice who has dealt with the HMRC for 30 years. This a SCAM. The HMRC will never call you like this on such matters. If you do owe money to HMRC only pay them through the secure channels listed on the government website and ensure it is your reference you are making the payment against.
This is an intruder monitoring service. Not a hoax caller but they inform you of break ins etc. if you are a key holder for a business.

This number called several times but left no message. As it was a local number I called back. It went straight to a recorded message & said I had been called by the NHS & would call back within 24 hrs. This is not an NHS number! My family are not under any hospitals or GPs for anything at this moment or indeed in several years. Other sites have this number reported as being untrustworthy.

Claims to be calling form HMRC and that they spotted fraudulent activities on your tax account and you need to press 1 in order to talk to their next available agent. It says if you don't press 1 you will be arrested shortly. After pressing 1 music starts playing and every now and then a machine advises that "your call is very important to them" and your call will be transferred to the next available agent, please stay on the line. disco
