Personal Loan Insurance reclaim scam.

Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

This number has called a few times. Called today and asked to speak to either y husband or myself. When I asked who was calling, they hung up.

Same call as above to my new mobile no. purchased through O2 - looks like they are the link. Not good if they appear to be selling new nos. from the phones they're selling.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. He calls me and says "have you been in a road accident?" I say "No." He says "are you sure?" I say "yes." He hangs up on me! Erm, you phoned me mate! Dick!

Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.

To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.
