Scam number dangerous report it

SCAM recorded call: "This is your bank's security dept ....Amazon payment ....card payment .... etc etc" Did not respond. Line went dead after a short time.

Scam number do not answer

Had 999 emergancey ambulance at my house for half an hour and no sooner had they left than these people phoned. Low-life scum, fit only to frequent gutters.

‘This call is from HM Customs & Excise regarding non payment of tax. You will be prosecuted blah blah blah’. Then invited to press 1 to speak to an operator, press 2 for payment. Could be worrying if you’re unaware of the scam. I just disconnected.

Claimed to be from Amazon security and wax saying someone was try to spend £700 on my account and asked for my banking info. Immediately very suspicious as sure Amazon would not do this.

Supposedly Amazon Customer Services recorded message call saying a £700 order quoting a fictitious order number has been frozen, press 1 to cancell the order.

Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.

Lady with Indian accent claiming to be from "The Phone House Company" and wanting to upgrade me to a new iPhone 11. I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way.
