This is ao.com, probably trying to sell extended warrenty on products purchased from them during the past 12 months.Sales call
Said they were from EE and had a promotional offer. Then asked what I pay for my service. Suspicious. I hung up immediately.
SCAM This automated call purports to be from LLOYDS BANK FRAUD DEPT reporting fraudulent activity on a credit card, they ask you to press any number to be put in touch with their team. IT IS A SCAM The person they named left here over 9 years ago and has updated her contact details with LLOYDS each time she moved. The question I would like answered is if LLOYDS know they have detected fraudulent activity on a card, why don’t they stop it?

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. Not a scam, it's fine! Was told it was HSBC and was asked to verify my identity by the agent on the other end. I let them know I would call back directly to avoid a scam and she said okay, she would put a note on my file about it, and ended the call. I called HSBC directly through their official phone line and asked about it and they DID find a note on my file - it was totally legitimate! If in doubt go ahead and call back anyway, it's good practice, but don't ignore this number because it is actually real

Rather ask them to verify what they know about you and perhaps you may have a chance to find out where they got your phone number or data from.
