Male Caller, stated he was from car phone warehouse and wanted to let me know about a special offer they have running. I asked how he had come by my phone number as I’ve never dealt with the company, but he immediately launched into a sales pitch. I stopped him saying he should not be phoning my number as it is registered with TPS. He said thank you and hung up.

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Fraud. This number called saying that they were from amazon asking to confirm my order. I’d not ordered anything and when pressured they hung up.
I will generally give to any good cause,however I don t care who they are, how close to my heart (no pun intended) the charity is, when they call 16 times in 24 hours, the only thing I will be giving them is a very loud high pitched siren next time they call!!

SMS supposedly from ParcelForce "sorry we missed you earlier... " with a link to parcelforce-gb.co/deliver to 'book a redelivery' 1. It arrived at 17:41 today - Sunday, 2. I'm not expecting any parcels 3. The tracking number appended to the link wasn't recognised by the genuine ParcelForce tracking site.

Bogus call, very hard to hear. Said that I had registered for some sort of financial trade. I said I had not and asked where they acquired my nunber from. She repeated that I had registered for financial trade. I told her she did not have permission to call my number again and that the call would be reported as scam to potentially gain personal details and/or defraud of funds.
